Think about leaders you have observed. Can you recall the traits, skills and styles that they exhibited? Are they consistent with those described in the module readings? In regards to your own leadership, what traits, skills and styles have you exhibited? Based on the reading and discussion so far, what traits, skills and styles do you wish to further develop?

Consider an occasion when you believe that you served as an effective leader within an organisation (whether formally or informally) and describe the styles and skills you used. If the situation or environment had been different (family setting, a crisis, etc.) do you think you would have used these same approaches?
