The last three decades of the 20th century are rich with a record of great economic growth for both China and its northern pacific trade partners. This trend which has persisted to the modern day is a consequent of the Bilateral Free Trade agreements between China and these countries. This paper will focus on the effect of China’s Free Trade Agreements with Costa Rica hence the economic outcomes of trade between the two countries.
