This research will use research methods that have been used previously and they will be modified to help explore inequality. It will include use of mock interview records that motivate hiring process as well as fictitious sample of hiring process. To explore the difference in attitude, there will be modification of both sex and occupation perspectives (Evans 5). The research will specifically and randomly assign each contributor to read through the probable applicant transcript. The EMPLOY-ABILITY of the applicant will be assed as well as their political ideology. The likely hood of conservatives compared to liberals to hire employees based on their gender uncommon positions than gender conventional positions.
