Consistently use an academically accepted bibliographic format. Entries should be complete and in alphabetical order by author’s surname. Provide complete citations for internet sources. Obtaining this information may require some navigating within the web site.
Review and edit your report. Check for grammatical errors (e.g. incomplete and run-on sentences, comma splice, and random capitalization) and spelling mistakes. Avoid contractions (e.g. it’s, isn’t, wasn’t), informal/colloquial expressions, and the personal form (e.g. I think that…). Never use the plural form of ‘they’ when referring to a singular subject/proper noun; use ‘it’ instead (e.g. Paris expanded slowly during the 1600s but it grew quick thereafter.). Number your pages and supporting materials consecutively.
